Property Letting & Management
We can offer the following services to landlords: Tenant Find Only: We will advertise the property, show the property (accompanied viewings only) collect tenant references, take care of the paperwork and lodge the deposit with a tenancy deposit scheme. Full Management: As above but we will look after the property on a full time basis and take care of the day to day running of the tenancy. Pay per Service: We can provide a service to a landlord when needed, on a pay as you need basis, e.g. Leases, holiday cover, Inventories, etc. Just pay for the service required.
