For over 35 years the P J Livesey Group has been at the forefront of specialist property development, taking an uncompromising approach to the residential conversion of period buildings and bespoke new build development. From our early developments such as the award winning Ringley Square in Whitefield, Lancashire, the same ethos has underpinned the company; to provide a carefully developed design solution with bespoke architecture tailored to each individual site. Personally embraced by Peter Livesey, this ethos has driven the company to combine our wealth of knowledge in sensitive refurbishment projects alongside new build development. Recent schemes have showcased our ability to apply the same rigorous design and construction standards to the creation of new build houses. Our St James Park development in Didsbury set a benchmark for quality in South Manchester, which we aspire to carry through in our current schemes at Siemens in Manchester and Alderley Park in Cheshire.
