Our range of sauces has grown and now embraces 5 important categories, mayonnaise, relished & chutneys, traditional condiments and of course ketchups and table sauces. Stokes is a stylish brand, contemporarily packaged and with flavours in tune with the latest taste trends, such as Bloody Mary Ketchup! What makes Stokes unique, is that we produce our sauces in small batches, at our Saucery in Suffolk and only use the finest ingredients: unrefined raw cane sugar, Italian tomatoes, Dead Sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and only Freedom Food free range eggs. From the sourcing of our ingredients and packaging, our production process, right through to delivery to our customers, Stokes Sauces never compromise on quality or cut corners. We like our food, good, simple and delicious, so we make our sauces that way too!
