Antenatal classes
I am a qualified, experienced antenatal teacher offering fun, relaxed and informative classes to small groups for those seeking a professional approach. The classes are held in the comfortable surroundings of my home with refreshments to hand. There is no role play, grim videos or bias - just evidence-based information that allows you to make up your mind how you would like your birth to be. To be sure of getting a place, it is best to book early. Either group classes or private lessons are available. Group courses consist of 5 x 2½ hr. classes and are held on Wednesday evenings from 7.00 - 9.30pm in Berkhamsted. For information on what we cover and availability, please see .
