With Olympic medallist Steve Parry behind everything we deliver, Total Swimming can say with confidence that our Learn to Swim programme has the quality and experience required to develop anyone's swimming skills. Through his plan to develop those skills, Steve has considered systems and techniques of teaching which, underpinned by the National Plan for Teaching Swimming and its award scheme, have been the mainstay for Total Swimming's success since 2006. Total Swimming run classes across Scotland for all ages including Adult & Child lessons, Learn to Swim Academy for children 3 ½ years and older, teenage and adult only classes.
