  Commerical Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)from £120 inclusiveSince the 4th January 2009 all Commercial (Non-Domestic) Properties require an Energy Performance Certificate when being sold or let. This is a legal requirement which is being enforced by Trading Standards, with fines of up to £5000 for non-compliance. An EPC is required BEFORE a property is placed on the marketExemptions to this are as follows:Stand-alone buildings which are less than 50m2 (840sqft) is sizeBuildings, where the interior is not conditioned, or where there is no intention or reasonable belief that the interior will be conditioned.
