Customising a Pearl Bracelet
Sometimes customers of Greypuss Jewellery have a clear idea in their heads of what they are looking for, but are becoming frustrated when no-one has exactly what they want. They often realise that a degree of personal customisation is needed. At a wedding show in January 2011, one such customer was there. The lady wanted a special bracelet to wear to her daughter's wedding in April 2011. She wanted the bracelet to match the vintage, pearl necklace she would be wearing, and she wanted a way to combine the bracelet with a natural flower. She was going to be wearing a very expensive silk dress, and didn't want it marked with a flower or the pin. She also didn't want to purchase a bracelet which was elasticated, so when she saw our triple strand, bangle type bracelet, she knew it was a possibility. She also wanted to wear a rose. The colour of the pearls would match her own necklace. The big question was, how could a flower be attached? Across from us was a florist. Our customer took the bracelet to the florist and she was able to work out way of attaching a rose. She could also tell us that it would be possible to match a rose to the pearls. This was another unexpected bonus! My customer bought the bracelet, and off she went, extremely happy with her purchase. She was also reassured by our usual guarantee that if the bracelet wasn't suitable for any reason, it could be returned for a full refund. After the wedding she sent us photos of her bracelet, and as you can see, it looked stunning, when embellished with the beautiful, fresh rose. We have similiar one on the website just now. Have a look and see what you think.
