OLYMPIC FLAME PAPER KNIFE
Designed and hand forged by Paul Butler, this sterling silver paper knife with gold plated detail was presented in a hand-made English Oak presentation box to the Chairman of the International Olympic Committee by Lord Sebastian Coe after London had won their bid for the 2012 Olympic Games; It now sits in the foyer of the Olympic Committee headquarters, Lausanne, Switzerland.
