I am a Master Blacksmith specialising in traditional hot forging techniques. I design and make hand wrought bespoke architectural and domestic ironwork to the highest standard, in a contemporary or historic style. All maner of objects can be created, from a simple coat hook to large ornate entrance gates. Whatever the size, I always strive to make the piece to the best of my ability, and to ensure customer satisfaction. This ethos of custom design and hand crafting using only time honoured traditional techniques, with high attention to detail and quality of build, ensures the work is original, vibrant and relevant. The work blends with and enhances its environment; something which is always beneficial but critical in ecclesiastic and heritage settings. In addition, because I use the same techniques as the original craftsmen, I am able to seemlessly restore and replicate old wrought iron. I now also offer tuition in the ancient skills of the smith on a one to one basis.
