A Royal Institute of British Architect's Chartered Practice Forum Design Consultants have established a sound reputation for contextual modern design and successful planning negotiations working within sensitive environments and conservation areas. We provide all of the services of an architect practice including planning and building regulation applications, option appraisals and project management. We have also specialist knowledge of energy and environmental design, social housing, asset management and regeneration. We work mainly in Dorset, Somerset and Devon operating from our office in Dorchester. Our client base is rapidly developing and includes private developers, commercial enterprises, local authorities, housing associations and private individuals. Although we retain and encourage freehand sketching we use AutoCAD computer aided design system allowing us to collaborate with other organisations and integrate with systems as and when required. In addition we use the National Building Specification and the Green Building Specification system supported by a reqularly updated product and technical library.
