Building Design Team Limited was established on 19 July 1989 as a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architectural Consultancy providing services to both public and private Clients. Building Design Team Limited initially focussed on work in the Nuclear Industry as part of a Team supporting an ongoing program of analyzing crane support structures as part of a "High Integrity Program". This program was designed to increase further the reliability of structures supporting cranes and other lifting devices at Nuclear Power Plants. Building Design Team Limited also maintain an ongoing interest in domestic projects including new housing, house extensions, refurbishments and barn conversions, including listed buildings. Building Design Team Limited have also provided support services to other consultants on high profile projects. Building Design Team Limited's knowledge gained working at home and abroad gives us the experience to advise on all types of building projects from military, industrial, commercial, housing and leisure to education, ecclesiastical, barn conversions and refurbishment projects.
