Irene MacDonald is an experienced BACP Accredited therapist and has been providing a Counselling and Psychotherapy service for many years. With a background in nursing and midwifery, Irene brought a vast amount of experience to her current role. Specialities include trauma and PTSD, as well as more usual anxiety, depression and bereavement work. She is trained in Person Centred Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting and Focusing, and will use her knowledge to provide a service to suit you.
