Superfast unlimited broadband via Wi-fi throughout the property enables seamless streaming of Spotify/iTunes etc. BATHROOMS There's nothing better than winding down to a relaxing bath or a deluge shower after a busy day on the beach. Bathrooms are beautifully presented with Cornish slate, porcelain and travertine finishes along with designer fittings to ensure a luxury experience. THE GARDEN For those balmy summer days, enjoy a glass of wine and relax on the outdoor rattan sofas. Dine alfresco on the outdoor table and chairs in the Cornish slate and sustainably sourced Cedar clad garden. Feel free to use some of the fresh garden herbs from the borders on our real coal BBQ! CINEMA LOUNGE Be prepared to be immersed! The cinema lounge has a 65" 4K smart TV with state of the art 5.1.2 B&W Dolby Atmos surround system, along with Blu-ray player. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions are also included. FAMILY AREA Relax on the low slung sofas and cosy up in front of the inset log fire to create some great memories of a special occasion with friends and family... THE SNUG We have incorporated a fun quirky snug filled with bean bags and containing a smart TV that is accessed off Bedroom 5. We just know you will just love this safe, cosy novelty space. Not to mention.. Parents will find the peace invaluable! MASTER BEDROOM En-suite double bedroom with a 5ft floating double bed. BEDROOM 2 Double bedroom with a 5ft double bed. BEDROOMS 3 & 4 Each have a zip and link bed to provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements. (Zip and link beds can be set up as either two 3ft singles or linked together to make a super generous 6ft king size) BEDROOM 5 4 custom built designer pod beds that all ages will love. *Note - This room can accommodate two additional guests on the futon bed in the snug if guests desire. (Max 14 guests. Please discuss this with us before booking). BABY COT We have one travel cot and bedding available should you require it. WI-FI The property has unlimited Superfast broadband/Wifi throughout. PARKING Off road parking for three cars is available on the driveway. (Unrestricted "on-road" parking is also available on the street in front of the property) BEDDING, TOWELS & ESSENTIALS To help ensure you have a great nights sleep, we pride ourselves in supplying only the finest silk and cotton blend bedding. Super cosy! We just know you will love it. In addition, we provide fresh bath towels, hand towels, and dish cloths. We also provide a supply of milk, locally sourced teas, coffee and the usual bathroom essentials. ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS We wanted the building to be environmentally friendly, so during the refurbishment we used locally reclaimed and sustainable materials where possible and also we upgraded the insulation, lighting and heating systems to create a healthy airy home that has the minimum carbon footprint possible.
