We offer a range of services which can be made to fit your personal circumstances. If you need a quick cash sale for whatever reason then we will meet with you and provide an immediate indicative valuation. We are cash buyers who are able to buy houses in the fastest possible time. If you have a bit more time to sell your home then maybe a quick cash sale is not the best solution for you. Once we have assessed your circumstances and described what we are able to do, then you may decide to sell your home through our sales Agency to try to achieve a higher price. Either way, a meeting with Options is free to you. In fact, we will never charge you anything whether we are able to help you or not. If you choose to sell your home with us, then the buyer will pay us a premium based on the property value. We will also cover the cost of your legal fees if you use one of our preferred solicitors.
