EBUA Umpires can be seen in action at all Lawn Bowls events, including Club finals, National Championships, International Matches and Commonwealth Games Formed in April 2010 following the unification of the English Men's and Ladies umpires associations, the EBUA is the governing body of Umpires in England Our umpires undergo an intensive training and development programme from new candidates through to experienced international officials
