Our Remote Services offer Computer Maintenance and Lessons no matter where in the world you are! By connecting our Computer to yours using known and trusted remote access software such as Team Viewer we can access your desktop to carry out a wide range of tasks as you sit and watch! Each session requires a password only you can give us (once you have installed the software), and each session ending when one of us closes the sessions window on screen. We than can;t get back on your computer unless you start a new session (open the software again) and give us the new password we will need (password changing each session). Complete privacy of your files as we don't need to access personal folders to sort out tech issues, and you see every where we go on your screen. It is best we can communicate with you via telephone call or an instant messaging programme / app during the remote session so we can give instructions and ask any questions we may need answered.
