CDC Mortgage Advice was launched under the CDC Consultancy Ltd brand in 2020. We are a specialist team of experienced Mortgage Advisers based in Colchester, Essex. We are happy to assist First Time Buyers, Landlords / Buy To Let Property Investors and Remortgage clients.
Our friendly and knowledgeable team wants to build a business that Mortgage clients will be happy to refer to their friends and families. Our team is using traditional face to face approach whilst moving with the times and technology. Above all, we want to offer a great personalised service without reinventing the wheel.
Our business is being built around these three key words - Open, Honest and Professional. This is our approach in treating our clients now and in the future. Having over 30 years of experience within the team, you can be confident and comfortable you are in good hands for your property journey and beyond.
