At Clarity Hypnotherapy, I specialise in hypnobirthing and hypnofertility in the Cheshire area. I am a fully certified hypnotherapist and am trained to care for pregnant clients.Hypnofertility helps couples have a natural,calm and memorable birth experience and has been shown to reduce the need for chemical pain relief and to reduce the length of labour.Hypnobirthing is run as an informal 4-week course. The next courses begin in January 2010 at venues in Hale and Northwich. I hope to add more venues during 2010.Hypnofertility helps couples to conceive by reducing stress and removing psychological blockages. It uses powerful visualisation techniques. Therapy sessions are currently held in Hale and Northich.
