With the melodeon (an accordion type instrument) and guitar playing the melodies, the band is driven on by a stunning rhythm unit. And the up front caller is there for all your instructions on how to complete the dances. They are the house band for Leek Arts Festival Folk Day Ceilidh and have experience in bringing a dynamic sound to birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, fund raisers, local community events and many others. Cuckoo's Nest is a small but perfectly formed Midlands based ceilidh and barn dance band.
