Number 99 Station Avenue is over 100 years old sitting in a tree lined Victorian Avenue. 99 is the home of David and Tricia Reeves and is just a 2 minute walk from Sandown's award winning beaches, the shops, restaurants and bars of the town. There are 2 one bedroom self-catering apartments. We provide 22ins flat screen TV with built in Freeview/DVD player, towels, sheets, duvets, pillows, dishes, pots and pans. Our apartments are on the first floor, accessible via the stair case. If you're coming to the Isle of Wight for walking, or for cycling along the miles of pretty scenic walks and cycle routes, or if you're coming to relax and enjoy the sunshine that Sandown has to offer, you'll find a warm, friendly welcome here with us. We offer parking for cycles, motor cycles. If you are travelling by car there is unrestricted parking on the road, and there is also a public pay and display car park. We cater for adults only, sorry no children or pets.
