Birthlight Baby Nurture is a combination of BABY MASSAGE, gentle stretches and Yoga for mum with joint relaxation. Baby Nurture Classes are held in CHELMSFORD near the town centre. The classes are ideal for babies from 4 weeks and older. BABY MASSAGE classes are a great place to meet new mums and babies. Please have a look at my website for more information and to book a space.I also teach BABY SWIMMING in East Hanningfield. Babies can be introduced to a pool from around 12 weeks. I teach various hold and moves for you and your baby to work together to enjoy the water and build confidence. It is a great bonding experience working as a team towards independent swimming. I teach up to school age children on various days in the week.
