Double wall cardboard is made by gluing two single sheets of corrugated board together (see the image to the right). This gives extra strength and greater resistance to crushing compared to traditional single wall cardboard. Our double wall boxes are strong, sturdy and keep their shape under stress. These strong boxes are ideal for heavy objects, and when stacking is required. They also offer extra protection when shipping sensitive products, as the extra layer of corrugated cushions any impact whilst keeping the box intact.
