The purpose of the SDA is to: Provide accessible nationally recognised and accredited on farm online training to: Increase workforce productivity Improve access to and use of best practice approaches and techniques Build an understanding of the signals that tell you whether your actions are working Aid career progression, staff retention & industry recruitment Working in partnership with the Scottish dairy industry, the Scottish Dairy Academy is facilitating the development of an industry led approach to training to address the current and future workforce development and skills requirements of the industry
