Firstly, we will be asking the WNDC to recognise that town centre residents should have a real say in the development of the town and secondly, we will be challenging statutory bodies such as the Primary Care Trust & Job Centre Plus to plan it's work with our communities in corporation with us First under the leadership of Cllr Lee Barron, then of Joe Joyce where an expanding group of partners have used government funding to provide youth work, family support and capital investment in our local environment In order to do that we need all the agencies to work with us - the County and Borough Councils, Health & Employment bodies and also the West Northamptonshire Development Corporation This year we hope that our Delivery Plan will begin to reflect our joint aspiration for managing the public services in our neighbourhoods in a way
