Su-Fix Precast Limited can supply and Install suspended concrete floors and precast stairs for the construction industry. Suspended floors can be beam & block of 150mm or 225mm deep beams or Hollowcore planks starting at 150mm thick. For a complete package we also offer precast stairs and have trained operatives able to install all of the above. We offer a free quotation and have a great knowledge of all aspects of our works. Our own mobile crane gives us the added benefit and flexibility for installations and can be hired for contract lifts. We offer a first class installation package utilising knowledgeable, experienced personnel who provide a co-operative and flexible service from planning to completion. Health and Safety is a primary consideration in all our operations, as evidenced by our Citation and CHAS accreditations. We use two processes to determine requirements dependent on the material you are working with. For the majority of Beam and Block jobs we will draft a free layout/design in order to create a quote, although this is not always necessary. With Hollowcore and Staircases we will issue an initial pricing schedule using standard product calculations and the area of your floor. When this quote is accepted we will create working drawings in AutoCAD that can be used to manufacture the slabs or stairs. We have good links with many national precast manufacturers/suppliers and can offer excellent lead times and a variety of haulage options for your requirements.
