We started Exclusive Cakes because we were dissatisfied with the cakes we were able to buy We can provide a range of chocolate cakes and sponges as well as German torts Carine Roberts our master cake maker has been baking for family and friends for many years Our Christmas and Celebration cakes are baked using the same rich fruit mixture as our wedding cakes All the cakes use traditional Scottish recipes, but we can provide cakes using ingredients specified by the customer if required
