Avaya Definity programming.
I have worked in call centres for nine years programming Avaya or Lucent Definity systems. I have dealt with the Prologix, the CSI, the G3R and the 8100, 8300, 8500 and the other variants that exist. As well as switch programming I am competent with writing vectors, Voicemails such as Audix Intuity, Audix LX, Repartee and IA770. I have also dealt with Wallboards (both the Symon and Spectrum variety), Centrevu CMS, BCMSVu, BCMSRD Multi-voip modems, PC console and Soft console.
