Being Japanese Caterers based in London, we specialise in SUSHI and other traditional Japanese dishes. We have been supplying our products to other established caterers, as well as Embassy of Japan, Japanese firms and a Japanese school. Freshly prepared Sushi by professional Japanese chefs is far superior to the factory products usually found in supermarkets. We use the traditional methods to achieve a truly authentic taste, so we can guarantee to satisfy the palate of even the most discerning customer.
