After several successful years at Alva Street, we are pleased to announce our recent expansion. Our beautiful fully equipped facilities now include 2 bright and airy yoga studios, a meditation room,4 therapy rooms, and dedicated changing rooms with lockers. Weoffer a wide range of yoga classes and yoga workshops suitable for people of all ages, whatever your level of fitness. If you prefer, individual yoga tuition is also available.We also now offer a wide range of complementary therapies.
