Coeliac, IBS and Free From Support Group held every last Thursday of the month in Faversham, Kent. So if you are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Coeliac, Crohns, gastric problems, IBS or have other food intolerances, then please do come along. It's free and friendly, and the Gallery Kitchen Cafe provides amazing Free From food. Alsace Living at the Gallery Kitchen Cafe is run by Free From chef Lorraine King and the venue is a coeliac safe kitchen, which also caters for dairy free foodies too. Lorraine has a wealth of knowledge and is happy to chat to anyone. Consultant Nutritionist Victoria Shorland will be popping along so you can ask questions and have a friendly chat.
