Building Regulations can be either a full plans application or building notice. For a full plans service we will prepare detailed construction drawings for approval by Local Authority Building Contorl, effectively giving your builder an approved set of instructions fro your project. A building notice needs far less information and gets you building quicker. We will advise on the most appropriate approach depending upon your project's circumstances.
