5 STAR CUSTOMER REVIEW
We first met Richard a couple of years ago when selling our house. After inviting a few estate agents round to value our property, he was by far the one that stood out as being genuine, enthusiastic and invested. We saw his pure passion for his job straight away and he maintained this throughout the selling process. Richard was always happy to listen to us and gave us sound advice throughout. We had complete confidence in him and his knowledge of the housing market. My husband and I cannot recommend Richard highly enough- we would choose him to sell our property every time, no question. We were thrilled to see that he had started his own business and wish him every success!
5 STAR CUSTOMER REVIEW
Richard is one of the most professional agents I have met and he is also extremely passionate about the industry and making it a better one. We were unfortunately already in contract with another agent and had sold but Richard offered us so much advice and help even with nothing financial to gain. It's brilliant to see someone wanting to improve the standards agents work to, who genuinely cares about his clients (in our case future clients) and has the knowledge and confidence to deliver. I would recommend Richard to anyone, he has years of experience and knowledge and will really care about the outcome for his clients. If you are buying, selling or both he should be your first call.
5 STAR CUSTOMER REVIEW
Rich at MILES BYRON is a pleasure to work with. The service was attentive, individualised and responsive to our needs. The buying and selling process is difficult enough and Rich made the whole process much more manageable. He is truly passionate about what he does and the people he does it for and this personal nature gives me full confidence in using his services once again. He is absolutely recommended and I look forward to working together once again.
5 STAR CUSTOMER REVIEW
Richard has been extremely helpful and responsive. He is very passionate about what he does and this really shows at every stage. He provided excellent advice throughout and was always available to discuss matters. It is great to support small local businesses, especially when they outperform the big branches. We highly recommend Miles Bryon to anyone who wants a truly knowledgeable and dedicated agent. You will be in very good hands.
5 STAR CUSTOMER REVIEW
We've viewed quite a few houses over the years and met quite a few agents but none have made me want to leave a review! Richard was knowledgeable and passionate when we viewed the property and has been really responsive with any queries we've had since. We didn't know about his services when we marketed our property but will be sure to use him if we sell in the future.
