We can provide a telephone or remote diagnostic service where catered for, whereby our technicians can dial directly into your site to carry out remedial work without having to send an engineer to site or to provide diagnostic assistance to give first line service support Our support team deal with technical queries from our own engineering teams but also deal directly with our clients Our CAD team provides detailed concept drawings, system drawings and engineering installation drawings This ensures that we are able to ascertain prior to installation that systems are configured to client requirements and that any potential issues are dealt with prior to attending site so negating time lost due to faulty equipment The flexible manner in which we work allows our clients the freedom to incorporate changes and updates in evolving plans
