Percy Williams and Sons has been trading for three generations under guiding principles of quality and value. Rather than working on a large scale, we at Percy Williams have concentrated on finding and developing small to medium-sized sites to create high quality new homes with character and integrity. In other words, buildings that are great to live in, part of the local Cornish community, and yet also, at the cutting edge of technology and design.
