Cranio Sacral Therapy
Gentle Strength offers Cranio-Sacral Therapy in Edinburgh and East Lothian. This is a very gentle yet profound therapy which has the potential to alleviate physical, emotional and spiritual suffering. It can be a deeply relaxing experience which supports the bodies own natural healing capacities to attend to any symptoms we may be experiencing. A session will usually last between 50 mins - 1 hour during which the therapist gentle places their hands on the client who usually lies fully clothed on a massage table.
