Sapphire has been developed for the financial services sector and in particular, businesses that are involved in pension transfer analysis.The platform allows all agents, introducers and advisers unique access to the system to enter their client information. A vast amount of data can be stored against each client including pension details, contact notes history and document upload.Once an agent has entered all of the required information they can submit the Client Information Form to the system owner. The system owner then tracks the progress of the pension analysis and can notify the system of the ourcome for example transfer into a SIPP.Automated messaging throughout the process ensures efficient communication to all of the relevant parties.
