Our business at Customhouseproperty is Estate Agents and Residential Property Managers specialising in the Kinross and Kinross-shire area.Customhouseproperty will sell your house for a fixed (introductory) price of £1,350 inclusive of VAT - £200 inclusive of VAT when we put your house on the market and £1,150 inclusive of VAT when your house sells.    Customhouseproperty provides a customised property management service for landlords.  We charge 10% of the monthly rental inclusive of VAT.
