Why Sunil Rupasinha? I have practised from chambers in London for 25 years specialising in criminal court advocacy. I have prosecuted for over a decade as 'A' list counsel on the Attorney General's list, and, have defended in a broad range of cases, from road traffic to murder, appearing in courts ranging from the Magistrates' Courts to the Court of Criminal Appeal. I now seek to use my experience to defend the hard-pressed motorist using the new 'public access' rules. I have a proven track record of obtaining outstanding results for my clients.
