Developing Competency Frameworks
This highly effective one day Developing Competency Frameworks workshop is aimed at training managers who are interested in improving their knowledge and understanding of the training process. It looks at the role of the training manager and the ways in which trainers can improve their delivery techniques. The course provides the basics of preparing, structuring and delivering the message as a trainer. It helps individuals develop their style and communicate with more impact and purpose. Candidates will also be able to develop their style to suit a variety of different training scenarios from one-to-one coaching through to large group training sessions.
