The Sparkle Appeal has led to the building of a beautiful, purpose built children's centre, Serennu, to provide state of the art treatment and assessment facilities, information, and leisure activities for over a thousand children with complex and special needs in South Gwent The Sparkle Appeal is an appeal on behalf of the South Gwent Children's Foundation, registered Charity No. 1093690 In conjunction with Newport Council, we now run a Youth Club, Dance classes and we are just starting up Music sessions Through the generosity of our supporters and donors we were delighted to welcome the first children and families in April 2011
