We only use reward based positive training techniques.  The use of electric collars, prong collars and other devices which cause suffering to any animal, will not be tolerated.  At CALM Dog Training & Pet Services we use techniques which allow the dog time to adjust to the new training, without any undue stress created.  When changing the patterns of a dogs life, patience is key to your success as a trainer.  Too many technqiues are harsh and imply that all the bad habits must be quashed immediately.  CALM Dog Training believes that trying to alter the dogs habits too quickly is more likely to cause extra problems, as the dogs anxiety level is pushed to the limit.  Phone Helen and Sami for more details on how to change your dogs life and improve your relationship with him.We hold individual training sessions, classes and visit you in your own home, to train you and your dog.
