We specialise in extensions and conversions as well as new build houses, plus some commercial work. We can also provide tender documentation, inspection certificates for key stages of a building and also full project management services. We have good working relationships with other professionals such as Structural Engineers, CSH (Code for Sustainable Homes) assessors, SAP Calculation providers, Air Test Contractors and Site Investigation Engineers. We carry PI (Professional Indemnity) Insurance of £500,000.00 which enables us to sign off building work and issue Inspection Certificates for key stages of a building.
