Kiddy Kapers Pre-School Gymnastics for 0 - 4 1/2 year olds, has been running for over 17 years. Weekly Adult & child sessions can be found at Ricochet Gym, 143 Regent Street, 1pm - 2pm, Mondays, 10:45am-11:45am, Wednesdays in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Kiddy Kapers sessions are for any ability as they are progressive, structured and fun. Leading to British Gymnastics awards. At Kiddy Kapers the children wear t-shirt and jogging bottoms and work bare foot. Adults wear non-slip socks. Everyone learns the importance of warm-ups, stretching, group-work, individual pieces, hand held apparatus, climbing equipment, balance, co-ordination, social & action skills, taking turns, posture, health & fitness.
