We offer honest, impartial advice, supported by a wealth of knowledge. The consultancy benefits from almost 40 years of experience in the remedial treatment sector. As we are independent, we do not have a commercial bias. Therefore, we do not recommend unnecessary repairs or treatments. Besides avoiding needless disruption and inconvenience, the service we provide can save time and money. We inspect buildings of any age, size or type. Most of the work that we do is within Ulster, but the consultancy has worked further afield and welcomes enquiries from anywhere. We are enlisted for inspections by architects, builders, developers, estate agents, home owners, housing associations, insurance companies, local authorities, solicitors and prospective property purchasers.
