Working from two different locations in Nottingham I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and flexible approach to counselling and therapy to clients in the Nottingham region and nationally via SKYPE. Therapy is an opportunity for you to share, discover and, if you want, change. My approach is based on the belief that people are their own experts and given the right conditions they will discover their own answers, I see this happen with clients in therapy and it is this that keeps me doing what I do. If you would like to work together I will seek to offer you those conditions, so that we might find your best way forward, and your best way of getting there. I work with individuals who have specific goals and change in mind and individuals who have a sense of "something" being wrong, but not knowing for certain what that "something" is.
