I run an organic box scheme delivery service in the Ely, Cambridgeshire, area. I am an independent trader, offering a small, friendly, local service and all the produce I offer is either organic or local, and is personally recommended by me. I also make my own jams from home-grown fruit. I intend to start extending my own range to include chutneys and some home-cooked vegetable dishes, including organic potatoes dauphinoises, cauliflower cheese and home-made soups. I would also like to provide locally made cheeses.The veg and fruit I provide come from EOSTRE, a local co-operative, approved by the Soil Association. Other produce carried by me includes: products from Elveden Estates, in Norfolk, a range of locally made chilli products from Completely Chilli, near Ely, a wide range of organic breads, made by Cobs Bakery of Cambridge and a range of juices made by James White of Ipswich. I am looking to expand the range of products offered to customers, for instance, locally made beers, wines and organic flours. I am able to provide a very convenient service, with delivery times and places to suit customers. I deliver to Cambridge on a Thursday, and to the Ely area on a Friday, by arrangement. I'm always delighted to meet new customers and suppliers. Great people and great products are the reason I love this business.
