We share news and views, and comment on mental health services in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.We have a comprehensive list of helpful links, things to improve wellbeing, and an e-Newsletter.We have a forum for service users, to discuss important issues, vote in polls, or comment on other peoples posts.For service users, both past and present to feel less isolated, especially in this time of cutbacks.
