Physical Intervention Training
Although the use of physical intervention should always be a last resort, there will be circumstances when it might be necessary for staff to be able to protect themselves or others using physical techniques. Our courses in breakaway and restraint are suitable for a range of settings including adult social care, child social care and any public facing role. The techniques we teach meet BILD and NHS Protect standards and have been medically risk assessed by the Institute of Conflict Management.
