De Gregoris cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The De Gregoris family started their olive oil business more then 60 years ago.The farm is located 400 - 500 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Monti Ausoni, in Sonnino - southern province of Latina - one of the most known areas for Extra Virgin olive oil, where "Itrana" - particulare olive type, typical of this region - is predominant. The farm extends for over 10 hectares and has around 2500 olive trees.In addition to the superb extra virgin olive oil, the De Gregoris family also produces olives in brine and various olive & vegetable patés.Serving suggestion: ideal for cooked & raw vegetables, legumes, cereals, salads and soups
