I am a full-time freelance copy-editor and proofreader based in south-west Scotland. I can work both on-screen and in the traditional way on paper. My areas of specialist knowledge are the oil and gas industry, hazardous chemicals, management / quality management, health and fitness, and angling.I am an associate of the Society for Editors and Proofeaders and a member of the Glasgow Editors' Network.I can work on Microsoft Word files with Word 2003 or 2007, PDFs using Adobe Acrobat, and website files with Adobe Dreamweaver. I am currently training in page layout with Adobe InDesign.
